First Saturday of the month

and this means sewing with my buddies at The Remnant Warehouse at Alexandria as part of the Australian Sewing Guild.

Here I am at the front of the store, you can see the Patchwork sign on the window but they have the most gorgeous range of fabrics inside for all tastes.

Top: Sewaholic Alma Blouse in tangerine fabric (blogged here)
Skirt: Rachel Comey Skirt Vogue 1247 in brown denim (blogged here)
Accessory: Me-made crocheted necklace (blogged here) and me-made earrings.
Hosiery/Nylons:Voodoo Celestial
Shoes/Boots:  Wittner Tan Leather Kittens

Sewing was done and I will share soon.

Another lovely made by you outfit. And you are right about TRW having a gorgeous range of fabrics. I was in the area on Wednesday and dropped in to purchase just a little more of a previously purchased fabric - which they had unfortunately sold out of - end ended up walking out with almost $100 of fabric *sigh*.

I love seeing what people are actually wearing out of their self sewn wardrobe. Great inspiration!

I envy you the close proximity to good fabric stores - I'm living in Newcastle at the moment, so only have good old Spotlight. Like BeaJay, I'm enjoying watching what you wear, all very lovely.

Very stylish!
Good fabric stores are hard to find. When I do find one locally I do what I can to support it!
